BONKT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform to create, manage, and share digital business cards for professional networking. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, use automated systems to extract data, or upload content that violates third-party rights.

To access premium features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

BONKT Pro: AUD$10.99 per seat/month (for 1–49 users), GST inclusive.

BONKT Unleashed: AUD$384.45 per month flat-rate (for 50+ users), GST inclusive.

30-Day Free Trial: New paid subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

Australia Launch Offer: The first 300 paid subscribers in Australia are eligible for one physical BONKT-branded NFC business card, including standard postage via Australia Post at BONKT’s expense.

Users invited to the "BONKT Beta" receive 12 months of free access. By participating, you agree to the following mandatory exchange:

• Feedback Requirement: You agree to participate in two (2) 15-minute feedback calls with the BONKT team during the 12-month period.
• Public Testimonial: You agree to provide one (1) professional testimonial reflecting your genuine, honest experience of the platform. BONKT may publish this testimonial on LinkedIn or other marketing channels, and will disclose that it was provided by a participant in the BONKT Beta program.
• Transition to Paid: After 12 months, accounts transition to a paid subscription. You will be notified 30 days prior.
• Lifetime Discount: Successful completion of feedback and testimonial requirements grants the user a lifetime 20% discount on subsequent subscription fees.

To maintain platform stability and manage storage and AI processing costs, "Unlimited" features are subject to a Fair Use Policy based on total media storage per card.

BONKT reserves the right to compress or resize user-uploaded media to ensure optimal load times and platform performance.

Usage of AI-powered scanners is for individual professional use. Any attempt to use these features via scripts or API-level automation is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

User Content: You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant BONKT a license to host and display this data solely to provide the service.

BONKT IP: The BONKT name, logo, software, and designs remain the exclusive property of BONKT.

Physical products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the NFC chip. This does not cover standard wear and tear or physical damage caused by misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BONKT shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruptions, resulting from platform use.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where our liability for breach of such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Users in Thailand acknowledge that data processing complies with the Australian Privacy Act and the Thailand PDPA.
